Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At MYO Therapy & Movement, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, to respect our therapists’ time and the needs of other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Reminder Services: We offer free text/email reminders that can integrate with most phone calendars. Be sure to take advantage of these services to avoid missed appointments.

No-Show Policy: A 100% fee will be charged to the card on file for missed appointments. If no card is on file, the balance will be held on your account and must be cleared before booking future appointments.

24-Hour Notice Requirement: A fee may be charged at the therapist’s discretion if the required 24-hour notice isn't provided.

Disputing a No-Show: To dispute a no-show fee, you must provide proof of attempted contact via phone, text, email, or messaging. If calling before or after normal work hours, please leave a voicemail to ensure your message is received.
Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined in our intake forms and is posted in our office and on our website to ensure full transparency for all clients.
